RACE TEAM click here for the >Team Tape Photo Gallary Dave Northrop: For the 2007 season Dave Northrop will go back to his roots and race family style. The ISC Racers Tape, "Team Tape" haspurchased a Jerry Haas built Pontiac GTO for the NHRA Pro Stock class. After a very successful 2006 season where Dave and the KPK Team qualified for 8 of 14 NHRA National events along with two round 1 victories, once over the champ Greg Anderson in the fall Dallas event, and also Kurt Johnson at the World Finals in Pomona CA. Team Tape hopes to continue with that trend in 2007 with their own team effort. Jenkins Competition out of Malvern PA will provide the engines and the crew consist of Dave making the setup calls, along with input from the crew of Glenn and Tom Braksator, Charles Hughes(truck driver and crew) and the entire clan of Northrop's pitching in. The current plan is to attend 9 NHRA National events starting in Atlanta GA, April 26-29. Realizing NHRA pro stock is arguably the toughest professional class in NHRA, expectations are high for the Eastern PA, TEAM TAPE ! Come out and Support us ! All are welcome !   Dan Northrop: 2007 will again bring little change to the racing endeavors of Dan Northrop. The 2000 NHRA S/G World Champion will continue to race "ole trusty" 1975 Vega in select NHRA National Events. Also, Dan will drive the highly vaunted dragster of Ron Ciglar for the third consecutive year. Together the two will race at Atco Raceway in New Jersey along with a host of Big $$$ money bracket races throughout the eastern region. Dan shows off his # 1 in 2001, I Still Can't Believe IT!!   Dan and friends celebrate Dan's $ 5,000 victory Bradenton Florida, Nov 06.   Tim and Tom Northrop: Tim and tom will make some select appearances in the TEAM TAPE 1969 Chevelle stocker. Tim's 1969 Chevelle has been in the family forever       Paul & Brad Northrop: 2008 will bring the third generation of the racing Northrop's, Paul and Brad Northrop. Dave's oldest son Paul and his younger brother Brad will be racing in the Junior Dragster ranks. Racing local events at Atco NJ, and Englishtown NJ, Paul and Brad will race a pair of Junior Dragsters sponsored by ISC Racers Tape.
