We think this is Dave's first run ever.....Pop bought this Vega from Dick Stanbaugh as a Legal D/A in 1982. It had a 288 small block with a liberty 4 speed. Turn key, he paid 10k.....Imagine that !!!

This was at the Summer Nationals in Englishtown, either 1983 or 1984. This was our first round win EVER!! Dave say's that he was 005 on the tree!!!

Jon Little built us a new car in the winter of 1984/85. We won Best Engineered @ Spring nationals at Columbus in 1985. From L to R, Tom, Dan, and Tim Northrop, Brett Underwood, Dave, Paul Northrop, Jon Little and Doug Horn.... Too Funny !!!!

This was in the pits @ Indy 1985. Check out the fuel injection, Charlie Garrett built the motor...Dave learned almost everything from Charlie's help......Thanks Chuck!!

Even Lee Shepard ran Our Decals !!!! That's Lee himself pushing the # 1 camaro in to the trailer. My brothers and I thought that was so COOL !!!

We repainted the Trans Am in 1988 and ran IHRA Factory Modified in 1989. Dave had his own trading card,.. WOW...we made the big time!!!!

After years of racing our street cars, Tim and I (Dan) bought this 1975 Vega in 1993. Here my teammate and great friend Todd Beam raced in a final round in 1997. P.S. I Won !!!

This was my first dragster in 1998. John Asta owned it and let me drive all year....I couldn't buy a round with that car !! Thanks John !!

Dave had Jerry Hass build a Old's Cutlass in 1995. He won the Division 1 championship with it in 1999. This car was one BAD HOMBRE !!!!

This was my first National Event Win @ Gator Nationals in 2000 !!

2000 was Absolutely NUTS !! We went from winning, to crashing, to winning the last two races, and winning the NHRA S/G World Championship. With this win @ Cecil County in Oct 2000, we wrapped up the title. Check out the front end !!!
